Shipping & Handling:

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping & handling includes postage, packaging materials, and processing time.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or other trusted carriers, depending on the weight and destination. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our shop.

 

Processing Time:
All orders are handmade and packed with care. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
