We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to shipping carrier issues are not eligible for refunds.

All orders are handmade and packed with care. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
